Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) has become a subject of focus and re-examination by the American Bar Association (ABA). Both the ABA Commission on Ethics and The ABA Section on International Law have recently solicited input on the applicable ethical issues pertaining to use of domestic and international legal outsourcing services.
